Pre-req.: ENG 041, ENG 042, MAT 050 or appropriate placement test score This course covers the more common forms of wills and trusts; surveys the fundamental principles of law applicable to each; the organization and jurisdiction of the Probate Court; analyzes the administration of estates in private; and reviews estate and inheritance taxes. The course provides an examination of forms and document preparation.
