3 cr. LEC 3 hrs Pre-req.: PSY 101 Co-requisite: ENG 140 This course covers a continuum of adult development from age eighteen to death. A multidisciplinary approach that addresses the biological, psychological and sociological forces responsible for aging is utilized. The primary focus of the course is the interplay between the individual and the environment. The interplay of age, cohort, gender, race/ethnicity, socioeconomic status, and culture are emphasized and integrated through-out the course.
