Pre-req: NSG 204, PSY 175 Co-req: NSG 205, Humanities Elective This course provides the theoretical framework upon which the concepts of leadership, delegation, management, and the ethical/legal parameters of nursing care are based. Critical thinking skills are demonstrated via case studies, group projects, and client care simulations. Students are provided with an opportunity to use these concepts in NSG 205.
