3 cr., LEC 2 hrs.; LAB 3 hrs. Prereq.: EMS 101 This program will combine classroom lecture and demonstration with practical laboratory experience to introduce EMS track students to the most common special operations encountered by EMS providers. Topics will include an introduction to tactical EMS operations, technical rescue operations, and considerations specific to EMS response to CBRNE (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosive) incidents.
