Pre-req.: CRJ 130 This course provides a survey of the United States Constitution, Constitutional Rights of the accused, probable cause, street encounters, legal requirements and procedures of lawful arrest, landmark Supreme Court decisions, the Rules of Evidence and legal requirements of searching, investigative and interviewing/interrogation concepts and the marking and tagging of evidence. This course is offered primarily to students transferring into Warren County Community College .
