3 cr. LEC 3 hrs. Pre-req.: LST 190 and LST 195 Credit will be given for either LST 196 or ENG 196. This course focuses on the refinement of legal analysis and legal writing skills. Students learn to synthesize cases and research legal issues through complex projects using computer technology and the Lexis system. Research findings are expressed in legal written form.
