3 cr. LEC 2 hrs.; LAB 2 hrs.; Lab Fee: $25 Pre-req.: CSC 103 or equivalent course or approval of professor. This course introduces the student to the concept of object-oriented, event-driven programming. This course teaches the elements of traditional BASIC programming. Programming and modularization are combined by subdividing programs into a series of smaller, more manageable tasks for separate programming. Visual Basic is taught in a Windows environment.
