Veterinarian Supervision of Human Resources - This lecture-format course requires students to use theories learned in the foundation course (Veterinary Technology Human Resource Management) to evaluate practice situations and develop plans of remediation if deficiences are detected. Instructor-designed scenarios as well as actual veterinary-practice examples are used to challenge students' analytical skills. Veterinary applications of human-resource management are the main focus of This course. In addition, the techniques of basic supervision of employees are covered. Prerequisites: VETM 206 with minimum C grade if not taken as corequisite and VETM 345 with minimum grade of C.
