The Technician Manager Internship is designed to expose students to the daily practice-management activities that may be encountered in a veterinary practice, an animal research facility, or other allied animal-health facility. A minimum of 480 hours of participation in a veterinary manager internship position in a faculty-approved facility is required. The internship is typically performed during the summer between the student's third and fourth years.
