This course explores concepts of qualitative and quantitative research and their use in conducting investigations of phenomenon in the social and behavioral sciences. The course will further provide the learner with an understanding of research methodologies and enable the learner to appropriately select statistical techniques to answer research quetions. The learner will be introduced to the use of the Satistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS).
