This course has as its central focus the development of leadership ability. The course provides a basic understanding of leadership through group dynamics theory; assists participants in developing a personal philosophy of leadership and an awareness of the moral and ethical responsibilities of leadership; and provides the opportunity to develop essential leadership skills through study and observation of the application of these skills. Prerequisite: By invitation only as part of the Honors program.
