This course meets the requirement for mandated reporters in child abuse identification and reporting in the State of New York, Chapter 544 of the laws of 1988. The course will introduce the signs and symptoms associated with domestic violence and the course of action that mandated reporters must take in reporting suspected acts of domestic violence.
