This course is developed around the managerial functions of planning, organizing, directing, and controlling. Communications, motivation, leadership, and decision making are included. The course also investigates the nature, purpose, and function of management in organizations. This course is designed to prepare the Professional Golf Management student for the knowledge test related to the Supervising and Delegating information in the PGA manual.
