This online course presents theory and methods of planning, implementing and evaluating activities relevant to children ages 0-5 years. Students will complete assignments in their child care setting and submit results online. Potential students must have submitted documentation of prior experience and current work or volunteer status as a child care provider in a child care setting to SCC's Early Childhood department to obtain permission to take this course. Students must also demonstrate ability to use a computer and the Internet. Prerequisite: acceptance into Online National Vocational CDA Program. Corequisite: HEV 0185.
