The design of this course creates a diverse learning community for students in the Liberal Studies program. The course is a multicultural and interdisciplinary study of fine arts, performing arts, literature, history, and philosophy with special focus on race, gender and class. The course satisifies three credits of General Education requirements in Humanities, and partially satisfies the writing requirement of S.B.E. 6A-10.030. Prerequisite: ENC 1101.
