This course prepares Certified Nursing Assistants for employment in the home health field. The course will prepare the student to deliver care to clients wishing to maintain their independence by remaining in their homes. The role of the Home Health Aide and legal and ethical considerations are discussed. Personal care, maintaining activities of daily living and food preparation and household management are included in the course. Lab fee required. Prerequisite or corequisite: HCP 0100C.
