This course teaches students the skills and knowledge necessary to support Microsoft Windows Vista in a corporate or small business environment or Windows XP Home Edition in a home environment. This course was developed for students who want to learn how to install, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Vista, some of whom might also be interested in taking the 70- 261 certification exam: Upgrading your MCDST Certification to MCITP Enterprise Support. Knowledge of network concepts and hardware knowledge is required. Lab fee required. Prerequisite: CET 1486C.
