This course is part of a 380-hour program which includes Correctional Probation Legal Crossover to Law Enforcement, Criminal Justice Weapons, Vehicle Operations, Law Enforcement Patrol, Law Enforcement Traffic, and Law Enforcement Investigation. This crossover meets the Florida Department of Law Enforcement Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission requirements in accordance with Florida Statute 943. Applicants must have successfully completed a Florida Basic Correctional Probation Officer Academy. Upon successful completion, the applicant will be eligible to sit for the State of Florida Law Enforcement Officer Certification Exam. Lab fee required.
