Students will explore issues such as leadership and motivation, planning, problem solving, staffing, communication, styles of supervision, organizing, and controlling. Through classroom lectures, readings, homework assignments, and case studies, students will learn that successful management is based on both an understanding of business principles and the ability to supervise others.
