3 Credits, 3 Hours Prerequisite: PLG 101 This course covers the basic elements of various torts, including negligence, products liability, and medical malpractice. Students will learn to use this knowledge to assist with constructing a personal injury case for plaintiffs and defendants. Students will examine interrogatories, complaints, and other litigation documents that specifically involve personal injury actions. Students will also learn special investigative and interviewing techniques required to prepare a personal injury action.
