0 Credit Hours Fall/Spring/Summer Students apply knowledge from classroom learning to on the job employment experiences that support their career goals. Students are required to complete a minimum of 400 hours of documented work experience. This course satisfies the Associates degree requirement and the first half of the baccalaureate degree requirement for industry work experience. Students must complete a minimum of 200 work hours at any given Internship site. Assistance with Internship placement is available through the Office of Hospitality Internships.
