PES 146 - Lifeguard Training

(Cross-listed with PES 146) 2 Credit, 4 Hours Prerequisite: Pass pre-course swimming test and be able to dive 7 feet and retrieve a 10 pond brick. This course will teach American Red Cross Lifeguard Training skills. Students must be 15 years old and a good swimmer. Students will become certified in American Red Cross First Aid and CPR. Completion with a passing grade will give the individual lifeguard certification, CPR certification and First Aid certification with the American Red Cross.
