Is an introduction to the theory and laboratory techniques in molecular biology. A variety of topics relevant to the study of molecular biology is introduced. The topics range from nucleic acid to protein structures, from prokaryotic and eukaryotic genetic mechanisms to the regulation of gene expression in these systems.
