u 9 (3 Credits--3 Hours) Prerequisite: CGS 2545 with a grade of "C" or higher. This course is designed to familiarize individuals with modern database technologies. A series of database application projects using enterprise-wide database software. Topics include advanced database design, entity-relationship modeling, the Structured Query Language (SQL) including database DML and DDL functions, database query optimization, triggers, and elementary stored procedures.
