As people from different culture groups interact, the markings of culture, personality and interpersonal perception have an impact on their interaction. The course reveals the relationship between those interaction patterns. This influence ranges widely, and includes definitions of culture, an understanding of intercultural theories, creation of a culture, cultural adaptation, intercultural effectiveness in relationships and ethno linguistic identities. 54 hours lecture.
