UC, CSU Prerequisite: None. Advisory: SPE-51 or 52 or qualification for ENG-1A. Study of literary genres and their applicability to various Readers' Theatre methods of presentation. Application of literary research and selection of material. Preparation of scripts and oral presentation while adhering to the particular Readers' Theatre style, including Interpreters'Theatre and the various approaches and techniques of each. 54 hours lecture. (Letter Grade, or Pass/No Pass option.)
