UC, CSU Prerequisite: None. Limitation on enrollment: Retention based on successful tryout. Designed for first year collegiate athletes, this course provides students the opportunity to practice and compete at the intercollegiate level. Athletes will be introduced to basic offensive and defensive team strategies. Drills and practice techniques will be used to develop all aspects of the game. The student athletes will participate in a physical conditioning program designed to prepare them for intercollegiate soccer competition. 180 hours laboratory.
