UC*, CSU Prerequisite: None. This course is designed to give the student an overview of the basic concepts that affect total fitness. Personalized exercise programs in cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength endurance and flexibility will be developed. Subsequent enrollment in additional semesters will provide the student an opportunity for added skill competency development within each activity area. May be taken a total of four times. 54 hours laboratory.
