UC*, CSU Prerequisite: None. Provides instruction in the skills, techniques, strategy, and rules of Ultimate Frisbee. The class emphasizes throwing techniques, skill improvement, and strategic team play. Students will also be exposed to a variety of Ultimate Frisbee techniques, other freestyle techniques, and distance throwing techniques. Subsequent enrollment in additional semesters will provide the student an opportunity for added skill competency development within each activity area. May be taken a total of four times. 54 hours laboratory.
