UC, CSU Prerequisite: None. Limitation on enrollment: Audition on or before the first class meeting. A course that rehearses and performs symphonic orchestral literature. Appearances at college and community functions are made throughout the year. Subsequent enrollment in additional semesters will provide the student an opportunity for additional skill and competency development within the subject matter and provide leadership opportunities within the section. May be taken a total of four times. 18 hours lecture and 54 hours laboratory.
