Limitation on enrollment: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse This course is a highly interactive and comprehensive workshop that will provide the preceptor with the tools and motivation to enhance the process of transitioning new staff members. Emphasis is placed on the preceptor's responsibilities in the areas of role model, socializer, educator, and evaluator. Approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing for continuing education units. Provider number 00100. (Pass/No Pass only.) 9 hours lecture.
