Course covers philosophy, ethics, concepts, assessment, documentation, record keeping, plan development, linking to community agencies, services monitoring and an overview of benefits programs. Designed to provide students with knowledge and skills that can be applied to a variety of Human Service settings. 54 hours lecture.
