Prerequisite: FIT-C20 and C30. This course provides public safety managers with the knowledge and skills associated with executive-level authority and decision making within the Incident Command System. Managerial theories, progressive discipline, conflict resolution, and emergency incident action planning will be discussed. This course emphasizes fiscal accountability and responsibility, and allocation of emergency resources. 12 hours lecture and 12 hours laboratory.
