Prerequisite: FIT-I1A and I1B. This course is designed to provide the instructor and/or supervisor with leadership skills. Group dynamics, problem solving techniques and interpersonal relations are developed and utilized in conducting actual staff meetings, brainstorming sessions and organized, effective conference meetings. Skills are also developed in conducting formal public meetings such as panel discussions and forums. 40 hours lecture.
