CSU Prerequisite: None. Corequisite: DEH-30A, 31, 32, 33, 34, 36, 37. Limitation on enrollment: Enrollment in the Dental Hygiene Program. This course is designed to meet the state and national accreditation requirements for an approved Dental Hygiene Program. The student is introduced to a continuation of dental health education practicum that introduces concepts of school lesson planning, development and evaluation mechanisms. Students will also have the opportunity to coordinate dental health education with educational and community systems. 9 hours lecture and 27 hours laboratory.
