Prerequisite: None. Limitation on enrollment: Must be a sworn peace officer. This course will instruct law enforcement personnel in the proper techniques used in the preparation of search warrants. The course will include construction of a "hero section," and supporting documentationneeded to receive judicial endorsement. Also, practical exercises in search warrant preparation are reviewed. 6 hours lecture and 2 hours laboratory.
