Students are introduced to the various sources of law and are guided through legal research using primary and secondary sources of law: statutes, case reports, digests, encyclopedias and citators. Students practice accessing, analyzing and citing legal sources. Students must have earned a grade of "C" or better in SBS 1350 American Law. Prerequisite: SBS 1350
