This course covers the use of vector-based graphics and multimedia authoring software such as Dreamweaver, Flash and SoundEdit 16. Topics covered include integrating audio and video streaming, creating animations and interactivity for web pages and sites, creating interactive movies, creating vector based sites and optimizing material for rapid downloading. Students create multimedia rich pages and sites to add to their portfolios. Prerequisite: CPT 1205
