The idea of vocation is explored as a fundamental direction God gives each human person, born of their creation in the divine image and likeness and the universal call to holiness and union with God. Specific attention is given to what it means to live a "holy life", to mirror the love of God andhow particular vocations - marriage, single life, priesthood, religious life - aspire to achieve this. 3 credits. Required for Spiritual Theology concentration.
