(institutional-non-transferable) Designed for students who need special attention to the fundamentals of spelling, punctuation, parts of speech and sentence structure. It includes the process of writing, including vocabulary and diction, organization, style and revision. Pre-requisite: Satisfactory score on Reading Comprehension placement exam or a grade of C+ or better in ENG 001. A minimum grade of "C+"or better is required in ENG 002.
