Corequisites: NURS 101 - Foundations of Nursing or NURS 015 - Nursing Seminar or NURS 130 - Nursing Transition. Designed to assist the student enrolled in Foundations of Nursing, Nursing Seminar or Nursing Transition in utilizing principles of mathematics and administration of medications, intravenous solutions and intravenous admixtures. Students must pass the course or pass the Pharmacology Clinical Calculations Placement Test in order to pass Foundations of Nursing and/or progress in the program. For billing purposes, this course is considered 2 credits. Credit for this course does not apply to credit hours earned, grade point average, or graduation requirements.
