Prerequisite: MATH 022 - Algebra Mod 1: Equations and Inequalities or appropriate score on placement test. This is the second of a sequence of four modules designed to provide students with the algebraic skills and concepts necessary for college-level work in mathematics. The course meets for seven weeks and includes a weekly 1-hour lab component. Topics include the two-dimensional coordinate system, linear characteristics, equations of lines, linear modeling, and solving linear systems of equations and inequalities.
