Prerequisite: Audition with Director. This large ensemble course provides opportunity for the study and performance of choral literature in a wide variety of styles. Weekly rehearsals and one or more public performances are required. For the music major, Master Chorale I, II, III, an IV should be taken in sequence, and different repertory will be featured each semester. Other students (not music majors) may take Chorale on a credit or non-credit basis. Other interested community participants are welcome to join The Master Chorale on a non-credit, fee paying basis through the Division of Corporate and Continuing Education.
