This course explores photographic and illustrative processes and computer-based design procedures. It emphasizes modifying photographic imagery in order to create original illustrative compositions and styles and the fundamentals of print and electronic media production. Students apply and utilize photography and digital drawing to produce computer modified illustrations using PhotoShop software on the Macintosh operating system. Prerequisite: APA 161. F
