This course provides students with the framework needed to define the scope; plan the activities, resources and timeframe; execute and manage the implementation; and evaluate the success of projects in all areas of business and industry. Students will learn techniques to assist them in managing project quality, scope, time, cost, human resources, communications, risk, procurement, and integration in the business environment. Students will prepare to sit for Project Management Institute's (PMI's) Project Management Professional exam. Prerequisite: ENG 100. S, 2009
