This course will present the student with the knowledge and skills necessary to complete the Operating System Technology exam for the CompTia A+ certification and prepare them for further studies in the Computer Network Engineering Technology Program. Topics covered include basic knowledge of command line prompt utilities and commands, Windows 9x and Windows 2000/XP installation, and configuration. Students will also learn how to troubleshoot, and repair microcomputer operating systems faults.
