Prerequisite: BIOL 141. A systematic coverage of invertebrate organisms from protozoa to the cephalochordates. Morphology, physiology, ecology and taxonomic relationships are stressed. Special emphasis is placed on marine invertebrates. Lecture 3 hours. Laboratory 3 hours. (Laboratory fee required) This course cannot be challenged.
