3 Credits Organizational development, social and organizational behavior, and motivation strategies in government and private industries. Personnel development and training aspects include job analysis and evaluation as well as performance appraisal. Effective leadership, management and decision-making styles and stress in the workplace are also considered. Prerequisite: PSY 1010. RAD courses are offered in fall, spring and summer sessions.
