3 Credits Organizational development, social and organizational behavior, and motivation strategies in government and private industries. Personnel development and training aspects include job analysis and evaluation as well as performance appraisal. Effective leadership, management and decision-making styles and stress in the workplace are also considered. Prerequisite: PSY 1010. RAD courses are offered in fall, spring and summer sessions. The program admits a new group of students every fall semester. A minimum grade of C or higher must be achieved in all prerequisites and core courses to enter and remain in the program. radiography.
