Content is based on topics recommended by National Science Education Content Standards and the K-8 Science Outcomes document of Prince George's County Public Schools. Emphasis is on building process skills and content understanding using a constructivist-based teaching methodology. Prerequisite: Reading proficiency. 3 class/2 lab hours.
