Integrates knowledge from Maternity, Pediatric, and Gerontological Nursing into a developmental perspective. The focus is on normal growth and development and the common health problems that arise from alterations in growth and development. The student acquires the knowledge and skills to deliver culturally sensitive nursing care to clients across the life span. Prerequisite: NUR 101 (NU 1111), NUR 102 (NU 1311), ANT 101 (SO 1101), PSY 101 (SO 5101), BIO 231 (SC 2115) Corequisites: BIO 232 (SC 2116), ENG 101 (EN 1103), NUR 152 (NU 1321) Note: NUR 152 (NU 1321) must be taken concurrently with NUR 151 (NU 1121)
